Route Details

Day 1 – Arrival in Tokyo

Airport pickup and transfer to the hotel. Free time to start exploring the Japanese capital.

Day 2 – Tokyo

Guided tour of Tokyo, including Zojoji Temple, Meiji Shrine, the famous Shibuya Crossing, the Akihabara district, and Sensoji Temple in Asakusa. Visit to the observation deck of Tokyo Skytree. In the evening, a stroll through Shinjuku and dinner included.

Day 3 – Tokyo – Mount Fuji – Kawaguchiko

Departure for the Mount Fuji region. Visit to Arakurayama Sengen Park, offering iconic views of Mount Fuji. Boat ride on Lake Kawaguchiko and a hike to the Fifth Station of Mount Fuji, weather permitting. Overnight stay at a traditional ryokan.

Day 4 – Kawaguchiko – Iyashi no Sato – Toyota Museum – Kyoto

Visit to the traditional village of Iyashi no Sato Nenba and the Shiraito Falls. Continue on to Nagoya, including admission to the Toyota Museum. Arrival in Kyoto.

Day 5 – Kyoto

A comprehensive tour of Kyoto, including Arashiyama, the bamboo forest, Tenryu-ji Temple, Fushimi Inari Shrine, the Imperial Palace, and Kinkaku-ji Temple. A stroll through the traditional Gion district.

Day 6 – Kyoto – Eihei-ji – Katsuyama – Kanazawa

Departure for the Eihei-ji Zen monastery. Visit to the Katsuyama Dinosaur Museum and the Echizen Great Buddha. Arrival in Kanazawa.

Day 7 – Kanazawa

Tour of Kanazawa, including the Nagamachi samurai district, the castle, and the famous Kenrokuen Garden. Free afternoon at the Omicho Market.

Day 8 – Kanazawa – Shirakawa-go – Takayama

Visit the traditional villages of Ainokura and Shirakawa-go, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Continue on to Takayama for a visit to the Hida Folk Village Museum.

Day 9 – Takayama – Matsumoto – Tokyo

A stroll through Hida Furukawa and a drive through the Japanese Alps. A visit to Matsumoto Castle before returning to Tokyo.

Day 10 – Tokyo

Transfer to Haneda Airport. End of services.
