Tastes of Peru

In Peru, cuisine is not merely an art: it is memory, territory, resistance, and mestizaje. This journey seeks not only to satisfy the palate but to move it. We will walk through markets that still hold the scents of childhood, taste dishes that have been perfected over generations, and enter kitchens where the earth and fire still reign.

From the sea to the mountains, from traditional eateries to fine dining, each experience is designed to savor Peru without clichés, with respect for the ingredients, the landscapes, and the people who transform them.

Cusco: Between History and Andean Kitchens

The imperial city not only offers ruins and living stone but also high-end cuisine. Menus featuring ingredients that originate at altitudes exceeding 3,000 meters above sea level, ancient ferments, native grains, colonial breads, and single origin coffees.

Sacred Valley: Land, Fire, and Tradition

Among towns and agricultural terraces, you will meet local cooks, clay ovens, fields of giant corn, and tables in the heart of nature. Lunch at a hacienda, tasting of artisanal chicha, and signature cuisine in Urubamba.
