Lima - Puerto Maldonado - Tambopata National Reserve - Eco Lodge in the jungle
A flight to the essentials

From Lima you will fly to Puerto Maldonado, gateway to Peru's southern jungle. There we will meet you and embark to your Amazon lodge, navigating rivers that wind their way through a sea of ancient trees.

The luxury of silence

Your accommodation will be a world-class eco-lodge, with solar energy, sustainable architecture, excellent local cuisine and the ultimate luxury of waking up to the sounds of the forest. There are no windows here, but nets that connect the inside with the living world outside.

Rhythms of the jungle

Over the next few days you will explore trails, lakes and oxbow lakes on guided hikes and canoe trips. You'll see monkeys, caimans, macaws and, with luck, the elusive giant otter. All at a gentle pace, designed for reconnecting, not running.

Living culture of the Amazon

Some routes include visits to native communities, sustainable farms or conservation projects. You will be able to understand the rainforest not as a destination, but as a way of life.

Back with different eyes

The return to the city will be silent. The jungle leaves something inside, like a seed. Many of our travellers say this was the most introspective trip of their lives.
