Condiciones Generales – Gennao Voyá

Gennao Voyá, brand of GENNAO TRAVEL E.I.R.L. (RUC 20392624954), specialized in customized trips and author experiences in Peru and South America, focusing on a international public. The services offered by Gennao Voyá are regulated by these conditions.

1. Intermediación y limitación de responsabilidad

Gennao Voyá acts solely as intermediary between tourism providers and the client. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, deficiencies, or breaches attributable to third parties or causes beyond our control. Claims must be made directly to the corresponding provider, although Gennao Voyá will provide assistance in the process.

2. Quotation, reservation, and payment methods
  • The quotes are prepared in USD, with the current exchange rate, subject to availability.
  • To confirm a reservation, payment must be made:
    • 40% minimum in advance for experiences, accommodation, ground transportation, and activities.
    • 100% for the flightsboth domestic and international.
    • If any supplier requires more than 40%, the customer will be informed in advance.
  • The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment and issuance of the receipt.
3. Rates, variations, and price confirmation
  • We strive to honor the quoted prices, but they are subject to availability and market adjustments.
  • In case of changes before the payment confirmation, we will inform the customer, and they will only apply if the payment has already been verified.
4. Traveler documentation
  • The client must have a passport, visa, notarized permissions for minors, residence permit, or ID card, depending on the case.
  • Airlines may require additional documents or have specific restrictions. On flights with minors, authorization is needed according to regulations.
5. Insurance
  • The client is required to hire a international travel insurance that covers accidents, medical emergencies, cancellations, civil liability, etc.
  • In case of an accident or emergency, the client must contact their insurance company directly.
6. Flights: management and extra charges
  • It is the customer's responsibility to manage check-in, baggage, seat selection, and connection times.
  • Low-cost flights include very basic services; charges for luggage, seats, and others are additional.
  • Changes or refunds depend on the conditions set by the airlines, which may incur penalties.
7. Changes and cancellations
7.1 On the part of the client
  • 30 days before the trip: retention of 15% of the total.
  • Between 30 and 15 days: retention of 40%.
  • < 15 days: non-refundable, except in case of justified force majeure.
  • Amounts for flights, insurances or non-refundable services are kept in full.
7.2 Due to death
  • If the client or a direct relative passes away in the 10 days prior to the trip, it will be possible to request refund or credit for the flights, according to the airline and upon presentation of the death certificate and any other necessary documentation. The refund will be subject to the provider's policies.
7.3 From Gennao Voyá
  • Only if we cancel a trip for reasons related to Gennao Voyá, the customer will receive the 100% of what was paid. We do not cover independent expenses such as flights purchased directly by the client.
8. Special policies
  • Cruises: They are non-refundable, non-endorseable, and non-transferable, according to the operator's terms.
  • Car rental: subject to the supplier's conditions; they usually require a credit card, and additional charges such as fines or tolls are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Tips: included for hotel workers (1 per person); tips for guides and drivers are at the discretion of the client.
9. Force majeure and extraordinary events

In cases of pandemics, natural disasters, disturbances, official decrees, or other unpredictable causes, Gennao Voyá may modify the itinerary, reschedule activities, or issue vouchers according to the availability of suppliers.

10. Protection of personal data
  • We comply with the Law 29733 (Data Protection of Peru).
  • The data is used exclusively to process reservations, issue receipts, coordinate logistics, and provide assistance. They are not shared with third parties for unrelated commercial purposes.
  • The client can exercise their ARCO rights by writing to servicio@gennaovoya.com.
11. Intellectual property

All content developed by Gennao Voyá (itineraries, texts, images) is protected by copyright. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

12. Jurisdiction and applicable legislation

These conditions are governed by the Peruvian legislation, and any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Lima, Peru.
